Since joining Numeric Experts in 2021, Mariyah has worked in accounting, tax preparation, financial analysis, and client relations. She prepares and reviews individual and business tax returns, analyzes financial records, and identifies discrepancies that affect reporting accuracy. She also manages daily workflow, trains tax staff, and helps clients improve their accounting processes through QuickBooks setup, consulting, and training.

Mariyah’s approach is direct, thorough, and client-focused. She listens carefully, examines the details, and explains financial information in clear, practical terms. Whether helping resolve a tax concern or strengthening a business’s bookkeeping, she prioritizes accurate work, timely service, and consistent communication.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, with a minor in Crime, Law, and Deviance. As she pursues her Juris Doctor, she is developing her research, analytical reasoning, and advocacy skills in preparation for a career as an attorney. Her accounting and real estate experience informs her understanding of how financial decisions, business operations, and legal issues intersect.

Chantale Stephen is a Division Manager, Senior Tax Accountant, and Class A Public Accountant at Numeric Experts, Inc., with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, financial reporting, and cost management. Her background includes work with CPA firms, where she developed a strong foundation in tax compliance, financial analysis, and client advisory services.

Since 2007, Chantale’s work as a Public Accountant has included preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations. Her experience spans federal and state taxes, sales tax, payroll, general ledger management, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. She examines complex financial records, identifies discrepancies, and helps clients strengthen the accuracy and reliability of their reporting.

As a Division Manager, Chantale oversees tax preparation engagements, coordinates workflows, and mentors accounting staff. She brings a disciplined approach to leadership, with clear expectations for accuracy, timely delivery, and responsive client service. She translates financial information into practical guidance that helps clients understand their obligations and make informed decisions.

Chantale also advises businesses on cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting systems. With more than 15 years of QuickBooks experience, she provides setup, consulting, and training to improve bookkeeping processes and establish dependable financial records. Her experience working with CPA firms informs her understanding of the detailed accounting support needed for tax preparation and financial review.

Her earlier career in construction accounting developed her skills in project budgeting, job costing, payroll, and internal cost audits. She worked closely with project teams to monitor expenses, evaluate profitability, and identify cost savings. This background gives her a practical perspective on the financial demands of running a business.

Chantale studied Accounting and Finance at Florida Metropolitan University and continues to expand her technical knowledge through annual tax training and continuing education.

Fridlla Louis is the Office Manager at Numeric Experts, Inc., where she plays a central role in coordinating daily operations, supporting the accounting team, and delivering attentive client service. Since joining the firm in 2024, she has managed administrative workflows, supervised and trained support staff, and coordinated client communications. Her work helps keep the team organized, priorities on track, and client requests moving forward.

With a professional background spanning business administration, customer relations, sales, and operational support in Haiti and the United States, Fridlla brings a practical understanding of both client needs and business demands. She supports invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, scheduling, and records management with accuracy and discretion. Her ability to manage competing responsibilities and resolve concerns makes her a dependable resource for colleagues and clients alike.

Fridlla studied Business Management at Université de Port-au-Prince and earned a certificate in Computer and Office Software from KonpaSoft. She combines this foundation with hands-on experience and a commitment to accountability, confidentiality, and clear communication. At Numeric Experts, she helps uphold the firm’s service standards by ensuring clients receive professional, responsive support throughout their experience.

Ryahn King Legentus is a driven student with ambitious goals in accounting, entrepreneurship, and real estate. His focus, resilience, and commitment to consistent effort shape how he approaches his education and career preparation.

Ryahn plans to earn a bachelor’s degree in accounting to develop the financial knowledge needed to build and manage successful businesses. His long-term vision centers on entrepreneurship, with a focus on understanding business performance, making sound financial decisions, and creating opportunities for growth.

Currently preparing for the state real estate licensing exam, Ryahn is working toward his goal of becoming a leading, high-ranking realtor with KCR Realty Group. He aims to build a career defined by strong market knowledge, attentive client service, and the ability to help buyers and sellers make confident decisions.

Ryahn’s ambitions reflect a clear sense of direction. By combining accounting education with real estate training, he is preparing to contribute across several areas of business. With 25 years of experience helping students understand challenging concepts and achieve their goals, Ivonette Baptiste brings an educator’s clarity, patience, and personalized approach to tax and business services. In 2021, she co-founded Numeric Experts, Inc., where she helps taxpayers and business owners navigate their financial responsibilities with greater confidence.

Ivonette’s teaching background directly enhances the support she provides to clients. She breaks down complex tax, bookkeeping, and business topics into clear, practical guidance; adapts her approach to each client’s needs; and creates a comfortable environment for asking questions.
